Need to get back on it fuck

So this is where I'm at in my training right now, 204 pounds and about 15% bodyfat. And what's worse is I'm becoming more and more inconsistant. I need to get back on track, I need to schedule every damn workout down to the the last rep. What is going to help is that I have two weeks to myself in the house to get myself on track, make my own meals and schedule my time in a way that will be set for when my family returns in mid august. I need to get back to my leg workouts and my cardio sessions. I just hope my back can stand the stress of running and squatting heavy. And I need to update this more often. Though not many hits, more for personal use and documentation.
